Thanks to everyone who had donated so far, both on and off-line!

For those connecting for the first time, many thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm raising money for Nordoff Robbins, Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust. These charities do a fantastic job and fundraising is difficult right now - everything you give makes a real difference to the people the charities support, and by the way makes it a bit easier cycling up the hills!

.. we're now back, having negotiated hills, heat and rural school kids who thought sticks and bicycle wheels were a great match! Fantastic achievement for all involved, and the fundraising effort continues now  back here in the UK, so if you've not yet clicked please do donate - any and every donation is really important to our three causes
