Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing a 200 mile cycle ride from London to Paris in 24 hours to start. This is to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and is in memory of Brian Florey, a much liked and missed friend and colleague.

Think i'm heading for a heading for a mid life crisis. The furthest I have ever cycled is 50 km so just need multiply that by 6 and i'll be in Paris though doubt i'll be able to walk anywhere after. Just in case anyone thinks that this challenge will not be that bad then just a month after I am competing in the Fambridge half ironman. Sorry I meant surviving, not competing! On Sunday 12th July I will be attempting a 1.9km open water swim, a 90km bike ride and then a 18km run.

So please donate what you can as Macmillan is a worthy cause
