Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, last earlier this month I signed up to be part of Nottingham City Council's 'Citycard Cycle Team' who are taking part in a 100km cycle ride in support of the Aegis Trust UK, a charity that manages a nationwide peace building programme in Rwanda to prevent geoncide and save lives. Our team will be riding alongside Olympic cycling medallist Bryan Steel.

The ride takes place on 28th September (yes this year!) so I've just under 1 week to raise some cash and familiarise myself with our team's chosen mode of transport......a Citycard cycle (see photo).......yes basket and all!

All donations no matter how small will be hugely appreciated and no doubt spur me on! Please take the time to have a look at Aegis Trust's website (http://www.aegistrust.org/), and if you're interested the route (http://www.strava.com/routes/358528).....you may even wish to come along and heckle!

Thanks again for taking the time to look!

Cheers,

Darren.
