On 6 of March this year I am running 21,1 km for the third time in a row. I am doing this out of believe and for a cause.

The believe is that if we all try to think and care much more about each other and not only ourselves - the world will be a much better place and each individual will be much better off. So I try really hard each day to find ways how I can contribute to a better world (also open to any suggestions). I try it to the extent possible for me at any particular stage. Sometimes it is just a smile or a treat, and sometimes I manage to help much more. This time of the year I am raising money for a Foundation which helps kids with autism - #theNakedHeartFoundation. The cause in 2016 is to raise funds for a #SummerwithPurpose project and organise for much needed integrative summer camps for children and young adults with autistic spectrum disorders across Russia. Last year, Naked Hearts managed to raise more than €200,000 through taking part in the Half Marathon. The money was used to create five occupational therapy rooms for children with special needs in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
1700 eur of this money was raised by me personally.

In 2016 in the last several weeks I already raised €681,18 with the help of 11 people by writing several posts only in Russian. Now I am counting on my English-speaking friends. Any amount will do and will be a great support to me and to the cause. No penny will go into my pocket - all will be spent only for the cause.
I myself started training, got into the team, got the required medical certificate to prove that my health allows me to run, contributed 200 eur to the cause and will bear all costs for going to Paris for the marathon in March.
