After completing a charity bike ride last year (3 months after getting my bike) you say that I well and truly have the cycling/fundraising bug. This year I thought it would be good to test my legs and endurance on the Tour de ALS. 

The Tour De ALS is a bike ride taking in Asda depots and stores raisng money for Orchid. I will be taking in over 340 miles and some serious climbing.....Homle Moss is 80 miles into the second day's ride. Safe to say this will be a real challange and for the more seasoned riders they will be going on all the way to Falkirk
