I love running and racing all distances including half marathons like GNR.

Dave also used to love running having spent around a year training before completing an Iron Man, which includes a marathon, the year before last. Dave is battling Motor Neurone Disease in a brave and inspiring way and currently uses a wheelchair.

I'm joining a fantastic team of Dave's friends and family to complete the Great North Run and raise a huge sum for much needed research into this illness which affects more people than you'd think.
