This summer I will be part of a team of Durham cyclists on a truly epic trip - London to Istanbul. 3000 miles in 50 days.

I'm raising money for the Cancer Care and Haematology Fund at Stoke Mandeville hospital. Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer and it is holistic care units like this that provide the invaluable treatment and attention that patients need.

This hospital provides treatment on a day care basis, allowing patients to lead normal lives within their own homes.
