My Dad has lung cancer. It isn't treatable anymore. Since the cancer came two and a half year ago, I've watched my dad fade from an active, happy person to someone at the mercy of cancer.

The nurses at MacMillan have been helping my dad and supporting my mum to care for him.

I'm running in Cardiff because it's where I was born and where my Dad has lived all his life. I want to finish the half marathon and then take my medal to show my Dad and make him proud.
