I am taking part in all of the 2014 Y Front Runs to raise awareness of men's cancers, raise funds for Cancer Research UK and to spread the word about the Y Front Runs. 

As one of the 6 Y Front Runs was cancelled and I had pledged to do six 5 k runs when I set up this page, I arranged a get together on the Prom in Bexhill instead POWER THE PROM (with Pantman) 24th August 2014 so that anyone (guys and girls, young or older) could join in and be involved in a 5K run, walk, amble to raise further awareness and hopefully more funds for Cancer Research UK.  BEXHILL - YOU HAVE BEEN AMAZING.  I will up-date this page again soon!
