We raise funds for poor and needy to in India

Story

In 1998 I went to India for the first time and to cut a long and amazing story short my life was forever changed. I witnessed the birth of the Mobile Medical Unit, I had the priviledge of travelling to a remote village where a bus holding a doctor, a nurse and boxes of medicine turned up and gave free consultation, advice and medicine to people who would never have been able to see a doctor or afford medicine. 11 years have come and gone, countless lives have been saved, the bus has grown weary and died. So now a new one is needed.

In light of this I am going to shave off my flowing locks end October/beginning November in the hope that you will sponsor me and help raise money so FMT can buy a new bus so the great work of the Mobile Medical Unit can continue and countless more lives saved.

And my shorn locks will be given to the Little Princess' charity which makes wigs for kids who have lost their hair because of things like cancer.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please be kind and help those who are less well off than you. No donation is too small.
