I am cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End with 4 friends in June for the charity MCAI. The charity aims to improve the lives of babies, children and pregnant women in areas of extreme poverty by improving awareness, training and facilities in emergency situations.

They are a relatively small charity in comparison to others but their cause is just as worthy. Please sponsor me so they can carry on with their fantastic work.
