I have agreed to cycle from Barcelona to Llanelli, 1100 miles, yes you read it right, 1100 miles over 9 days. This is to raise money for Noah's Ark (Children's Hospital Charity) and also LATCH (Welsh Children's Cancer Charity)

We will be arriving back at Parc y Scarlets, ahead of the big game against Racing 92 on 13th October 2018.

This is going to test me, and is going to be my toughest challenge to date. Any donations, big or small will be greatly appreciated.
