Thank you for all your support and donations!!  My ambition is to raise enough money for a life long partnership, which currently stands at just under £50, 000.  I am currently preparing for a new expedition to continuing raising money for Guide Dogs for the Blind - please take two minutes and visit my new page by clicking HERE

Kilimanjaro 2009

Guide Dogs is solely funded by the public.. Each dog is a life long commitment and requires a huge amount of money to look after.

On December 3rd 2009, I will leave for Africa. The climb is seven days long and is going to be an extremely tough challenge..  Especially for lazy bones me, who is scared of heights and will probably be throwing up at 1000 ft..

However, I firmly believe in the cause, which is why I will get to the top!

I have seen the  independence, confidence and happiness a guide dog can bring to someone in need.

I feel like a voice-over for one of those charity infomercial things, but it really is amazing what Guide Dogs do.  I'm not afraid to admit, it has bought a tear to my eye seeing the dogs working and how special they are.

They need feeding, housing, training and lots of love, so please show your support, dig deep and donate as much as you can!!

Jasper & I will lick you like crazy lunatics for every donation received..  Alternatively, you will have my sincere thanks and appreciation..

If you're interested in being a puppy walker, volunteering or want to know more information, please visit www.gdba.org.uk.

Thank you for your help,

I love you more than chocolate cheesecake,

Heath.xxx

PS. Please leave your messages of support, as when times get tough, I'd like something to help me onwards and make me smile (nothing rude though you cheeky monkeys) x

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
