I am cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor castle in aid of the Prince's Trust.

There are almost 1 million young people in the UK not in education, employment or training. Or in other words, 1 in 5 young people in the UK! Youth unemployment costs the economy £10m a day in lost productivity, while youth crime costs £1bn a year. But the stats don’t tell half the story, The Trust helps change young lives. It’s a charity that believes in young people who often don’t believe in themselves, equipping them with the skills, confidence and motivation needed to move forward into employment, training or starting their own business.
