I'm a new recruit to the Hosties4Heroes gang and have signed up to take part in an epic SAS style operation led by some of the lads from Channel 4 programme 'SAS  : Who Dares Wins'.

For 2 days we will pushed to the limits both physically and emotionally with the aim of raising as much money as possible for the heroes that do this kind of thing day in, day out to keep us safe.

Help for Heroes does such vital work helping the wounded to begin rebuilding their lives so whatever you can give will be hugely appreciated.
