Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be cycling from Zurich to Birmingham, undertaking 700 miles, in 7 days, crossing 7 countries in September 2013.
A huge personal challenge for a fantastic cause 'HelpHarryHelpOthers'.
For all those taking part in the event we are funding the trip ourselves, so you can rest assured that your sponsorship donations all go to the HHHO Charity.
As a fairly newbie to cycling when taking on this challenge in May I have learnt a lot! This week I am training in Italy, if I had known back then what I was doing, this week alone would of been the challenge! Some fabulous days with gorgeous weather and climbs like I have never seen and done before!! I was told 'you find yourself' when cycling and this has never been more true to me than when climbing the hills, I can't believe what I have and can achieve, it's at these times I wonder why I am putting myself through it. However over the last 4 months I have met so many new people and groups and received so much encouragement from my 'new' friends and old friends and of course family - this Summer of Cycling has changed my life and through it all and more so on the hills when digging deep I glance at my 7inSeven bracelet and know there is a young lad there giving me strength when i need it on the uphills and protection on the downhill- thank you 7inSeven.
