As I drag my ageing bones round thirteen and a bit miles I thought it would be an excellent opportinity to support the Music Fund for Cuba. Particularly, as I am taking part in Run to the Beat in 28 October, it seems appropriate to be supporting a music project for a country where music is so central to everyday life.
