We support individuals, families, and groups with complex health and social care needs, often due to disability, dementia, autism or mental ill health. The support we and our dogs provide enables them to better access the world around them.

Story

Alright folks! I am running 100 miles in a week as I think it might say about six million times elsewhere on this page.... It is really hard and my legs hurt from just training little bits for it.

Dogs for the Disabled is a really good charity - their name is fairly self explanatory and they help out so many less fortunate people to do things that we take for granted. I saw them at Crufts and it is amazing the difference they make and the strong bonds that the owner gets with their dog,

I'm doing a stupid amount of running and I bet I do loads of long term damage to my hips and stuff so please put lots of money in!

Cheers guys, anything you can help out with - I appreciate it a lot.
