So many people's lives are touched by Cancer, everyone know someone who has suffered or is suffering. The fight to find a cure for cancer is far from over and it's not a fight that will win itself. Unless we initiate support for organisations who care for patients or are working to find a cure then progress cannot be made. 

Originally I had planned to take part in the Warwickshire Triathlon as part of #TEAMHELEN however a clash of calendars means I can no longer make it. So instead, I'm doing a harder one with less time to prepare on 13th September.
