We did it!!!

On 17th November this year we flew out to the amazing Desert Kingdom of Jordan in the heart of the Middle East. Over the following week we cycled the length of the Country taking in historic Jerash and Amman, the ancient city of Petra, both seas (Dead and Red) and followed in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia in the spectacular desert of Wadi Rum. Although the cycling (the hills in particular. . . who knew!) was much tougher than expected, the welcome we recieved was one of the warmest I have ever experienced and the hospitality of the Jordanian people second to none.
