On 24 June 2016, myself and around 40 of my colleagues will be taking part in the UK 3 Peaks Challenge; climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.

We're raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre, a specialist cancer treatment centre that provides cancer care to over 1.5 million people across Wales. 

We want to help this charity continue with the fantastic work that they're doing and I would be hugely grateful for any donations towards this worthy cause.
