The Yorkshire Elite Athletes are taking a break from swilling pints of warm ale and eating pies to train hard and take part in a Top Gear Style challenge.

Part 1- buy a 'reasonably priced' car. Done. 'Sexy Lexi' a beautiful green Lexus from 1996 has been acquired. Hope she won't let us down!

Part 2- Drive 1,000+ miles to Prague. Easy!?

Part 3- Run the marathon. If Lexi can do 1,000 miles, surely we can breeze through 26?

Part 4- Get Lexi back home safely
