As some of you will already know I’m taking part in a London to Paris bike ride in a few weeks’ time (21^st to 23^rd July)

I’m part of a peloton of 40 engineering riders taking on the 165 mile trip from Trafalgar Square to Paris over 3 days. 

We are travelling London – Newhaven - (overnight ferry) – Dieppe – Beauvais – Paris

No we aren’t cycling on the boat... :-)  

I do like a bit of a pedal in my spare time but I’m not doing it just for fun – we’re raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital
