From 9th to 14th June, myself and 15 other idiots are riding from Haro in Rioja to Regua on the Douro in Portugal raising funds for the Wine Trade Charity, The Benevolent. 600 hilly kilometres are to be covered in 4 and a half days, in anticipation of which, training and dieting are already well under way.
