Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the basis that I managed a short time ago to cycle sedately on the flat from Glasgow to Loch Lomond and then back to Bowling, a distance of around 36 miles, I have recklessly signed up to my employer's fund-raising event in on 25th June which involves Cycling and Hiking for around 56 miles in a single day around the borders of Scotland which I am told involves lots of hills. I've never done anything like this before and I'm somewhat nervous to put it mildly. The route takes us round four abbeys in the borders - more details at www.tescobankchallenge.com.

The charity is the Princes Trust which does a pile of good work with young people so well worthwhile to contribute some of your dosh - also the more spondulicks I clock up will make me feel like getting an extremely sore bum is worth it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
