As everyone will know...I am built for comfort and not speed. I do not like running, and think that 10k is much better covered by car, train, taxi....or at a push piggy back. 

To save the Rhino, Leicester Tigers disability sports and wheelchair rugby officer, I am prepared to cart my derriere around the streets of Leicester. He does such great work, that you should be prepared to give me some money to keep him and his programme.

It won't be fast, and it won't be pretty and calling it a 10k run would probably be wrong.
