They are a UK based charity for all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support, love and care for them.

There is an estimated 49,000 children and young people in the UK living with a life-threatening or life-limiting condition that may require palliative care services.  Together For Short Lives are there for every single one of these families.
