In memory of Mel Jaggard
We fund research, education & equipment to help fight all Head & Neck disease

Story

It's M4M time again, in memory of my darling wife Mel, who died in August 2013 of the rare cancer, ACC.

Once more a dedicated bunch of daring cyclists (mainly from Mel's brilliant company, Unilever) will don the lycra and pedal their way from Unilever's UK HQ in Leatherhead to Mel's home town of Gilwern in South Wales, a mere 170 miles in 2 days.

This year c90 cyclists are taking up the challenge - up from 48 in 2014 and 70 last year.  We all have the goal to a) get to Wales in one piece and b) raise loads of money for the fantastic charity, Get A Head, which supports so many people who suffer from rare Head and Neck conditions, such as ACC.

By supporting M4M you are sending funds DIRECTLY into the research into incredibly rare cancers, like Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. By supporting us, you give future generations of rare-cancer sufferers hope - and if you are unlucky enough to 'get the wrong cancer' often hope is all you have. By funding the Molecular Research Centre at the Royal Marsden Hospital, you will help continue the ground-breaking activity that Mel played a crucial, early, role in. It's going to take many years and lots of money to beat these types of cancer, so your money will make a real difference.

Thank you
