Story
My pregnancy was text book, until 24 weeks & 2 days. I had a complete rupture whilst laying in bed. I had no clue what was going on so ignored it thinking it was wee. I gushed through the night & had a word with my partner in the morning. She was concerned so made me ring the midwife, she put me straight through to the hospital.
I spent 10 weeks on the sofa, tortured by thoughts of what might happen. I managed to stay infection/labour free & my fluid levels ranged from 3cm to 0cm. I leaked constantly. My consultant wouldn't let me go past 34 weeks as the benefits of him staying put no longer the benefits of him being out. I had a c section at 34&1 because Seth was frank breech (bum first), not to mentioned squashed! When he was born he cried, needed no help to breathe & stayed on the NICU for 3 weeks to 'feed & grow'. He was 4lb at birth.
I am incredibly lucky, some parent are not as fortunate as me. I want to raise money for this:
