Alongside our friends, we are running the marathon in Edinburgh this May, both the full 26.2 miles (Charl) & as part of a relay team (Andrew). Its been 2 years in the making (thanks Covid!)

It actually falls on our wedding anniversary (!) and we are so gutted knowing that four of our closest friends who helped us celebrate on that day, are no longer with us, all due to suffering from Brain tumours. The fact that this disease is significantly less researched than other forms of cancer means that raising money for Brain Tumour Research is something so very important to us. 

Edinburgh holds a special place in our hearts with many of our wonderful friends living there, but also because it’s the place we had to say goodbye to Ross Ballard in 2019. It seems only fitting that we all come together as #teamross in honour of this great guy, to raise money for Brain Tumour Research, to provide the answers and support for the future.
