Story

Thank you for visiting our just giving site.  Please dig deep for a fantastic cause.

The charity ride I am organising is a 170 miles 2 day event from Morecambe to Bridlington along The Way of the Roses cycle route.

We have 14 cyclists & 2 support drivers with their own individual motivation for completing the ride, from having Cancer themselves to family/friends that have had Cancer.  Some have survived the fight but unfortunately some have lost the battle.

We are having an overnight stop off in the Unicorn Hotel in Ripon.  We are all cycling in aid of Willow Wood Hospice in Tameside.

My Mother (Angela Cooper) was under the hospice’ care from the start of 2007, until she passed away at the hospice on May 6 2007.  This is my personal motivation for organising the ride, and putting something back in to a very deserving cause.

Thank you all for taking the time, donating and supporting this very difficult challenge, and more importantly supporting Willow Wood Hospice.

Yours,

The Charity Chain Guys
