Story
The Triathlon
In September, Change Step personnel will stage a 'triathlon' during which volunteers will be cycling, walking and swimming. Three cyclists - all ex-military - will be notching-up 150-plus miles across North Wales, and another three will be walking north from Llangollen to Prestatyn along the Offa's Dyke path as it snakes its way along the chain of Clwydian hills. All participants will then swim in relays at the Nova Centre in Prestatyn.
What we are raising money for
All funds raised from the triathlon will go towards training ex-military personnel to become peer mentors who in turn can use their own experiences to help others in a similar situation.
