Hi All, 

It's that time of year again where I'm going to ask all my family and friends to get behind me and help me raise money for Ty Hafan children's charity. This years event will see myself and a few colleagues trying to make it from London to Paris on a bike, and no, it doesn't have a motor.

Last year the team raised just over £36,000 for charity and this year, with your help we'd like to make it £40,000.
