Eating disorders affects a over 1.6 million across the UK, resulting in 1 in 5 deaths prematurely due to the physical consequences of eating disorders or suicide.

As I have previously suffered with an eating disorder, I am now raising awareness for those who are suffering and to raise money to help provide support for victims and their families. The sooner a sufferer receives treatment, the more likely they are to make a full recovery, emphasizing on the importance of this amazing charity.

There is no single cause of eating disorders, however significant risk factors such as genetic, biology, personality traits, culture and society, all have an impact.

How will the money support sufferers?
- £70 helps to run the Beat helpline for an hour.
- £100 helps to fund a trained Beat Helpline support worker for a day.
- £250 helps Beat to run five online support sessions for those affected by eating disorders.

So please, I hope you can all support me in raising money for this amazing charity with just the smallest donation, and I thank you for all the previous support everyone has given me in the past.
