Those of you that know me know 2 things. 1 I’m not a massive fan of people asking for donations to walk or run some event because it’s something they fancy doing anyway. And 2. My Dad’s got Alzheimer’s. So please don’t donate any money to me for having a little walk around Yorkshire. Donate to this cause because Alzheimer’s is a f****ing horrible disease that strips sufferers of their dignity and their normal lives; whilst their families have to watch and suffer in equal measure. Investment in to Alzheimers Research has a long way to go to catch up with the investment in cancer, and look at the strides we’ve made there. Hopefully one day, donating to events like this for Alzhermer’s charities will help sufferers, families and society cope with this disease to the very best of our abilities. Plus, I really don’t want to hike 26 miles  up and down 3 mountains in Yorkshire in what has traditionally been abominable weather for 10 hours. Thank you!!!!! xxx
