I'm walking at Shine Night Walk in the fight against all cancers

Shine in the fight against all cancers · 27 September 2014 ·
Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. This September I'm lacing up my walking shoes and heading to Central London to walk 26 miles through the night. I'm aiming to raise over £1000 as part of our team to help support Cancer Research's life saving work.
Cancer took the life of one of my best friends, David Penfold nearly two years ago after a very short and brave battle against an aggressive and rare cancer. He was only 34.
His particular form of cancer had only a 6% survival rate. It goes to show how far we have still got to come in the fight to find a cure for not just the most common, but for all types of cancer.
Cancer affects so many of us. Since Dave's death, many people I know have lost loved ones to cancer, or been diagnosed themselves. We can all share in Cancer Research's dream of finding a cure for all cancers.
Please give whatever you can. Any amount is appreciated.

Sleep can wait. Beating cancer can’t.
