Fundraising for Jane Tomlinson Appeal

Hello all,
It's that time of year again!
On 1st August we will be running the York 10km Run For All in aid of the Jane Tomlinson Appeal. This will be Catherine's second year taking part in the event and Daniel's inaugural race, and if last year is anything to go by, it promises to be a 'good do'! We'd appreciate any pennies you can spare in sponsorship, and if you want to come and cheer us on that'd be awesome too! (Last year they gave away free Rocky bars at the end! YUM!)
It's not exactly the Keswick Half Marathon or the Dales Way, or even the NYC Triathlon, but there are less energetic things we could be doing on a Sunday morning! And it's in aid of a great cause!
