Goodness my training has had some ups and downs - and I'm not just talking about the hills. What with tendonitis, a cracked rib and a black big toe-nail that's about to come off...

It seemed so much easier when I was thirty!

But, seriously, every time I feel a bit miserable about things like that I think of the Bhopal Medical Appeal and then I think how completely pathetic I am.
