We deliver pioneering pre-hospital care to severely injured or ill patients.

Story

Just under a year ago a very close friend of mine, Frankie, was injured in a terrible horse riding accident near Carlisle. The quick actions of the Great North Air Ambulance Service literally saved her life by managing to deliver her to Newcastle Royal Victoria Infirmary which specialises in head injuries.

The amazing actions of the Great North Air Ambulance Service not only saved her life and gave her the chance for a full recovery – but also her family the opportunity to see her mischievous smile again!

The Great North Air Ambulance service helps support the North of England and gives people like Frankie and her family this chance. Please join me in saying thank you by contributing some of the £4million a year needed to keep their 3 helicopters in the air – this by supporting me doing the Coast2Coast in July
