My grandmother 'Nans' has dementia, so this is something that's really so important to me and my family. 

By speaking about my grandmother's dementia I hope to shine a light on the condition that affects 800,000 people across the UK. My family and I rely on the help of organisations like Alzheimer's Society to help us understand the disease and guide us in the care of my grandmother. I want to help do all I can to support them to defeat dementia and that's why I’m taking part in Run To The Beat.
