I'm running the Cardiff half marathon in aid of the Wales Air Ambulance - it's by far the furthest I've ever run and I'll most likely suffer, a lot!  The Wales Air Ambulance are a great cause that are not funded by the government.  It costs a lot to keep their helicopters flying and therefore, your sponsorship will be gratefully received by them!
