For the fifth consecutive year, Prostate Cymru has joined forces with Cardiff Half Marathon as one of its featured charities. The half marathon is Wales’ largest road race with thousands of entrants taking part each year. The predominately flat course makes it ideal for both beginners and elites.

The 13.1 mile route takes runners past the capital’s most iconic landmarks with beautiful scenery and historic buildings.
