We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

An unlikely group of fitness fanatics has come together to meet the  Capita Step Challenge 2016.

The excuses have started already from the team, so this may be a challenge too far.

Sarah Marin should be blamed for instigating the challenge although smartly arranged for it to be called Charlie's Angels so I can be blamed if it all goes horribly wrong!.

The name though is apt as I was born on the same day as bonny wee Charlie whose charity we are supporting.

Amanda Metcalfe is arranging to sleep in the office to ensure she meets the challenge

Becky Raper is arranging a mountain trek in Tenerife

Louise Callaghan is looking at a few pub crawls and last but not least

Barry Hemmings dog is expected to win fit dog of the year at the end of the challenge.

We are doing a virtual walk from Southampton (home of the princes trust Southampton centre) to visit neighbouring Prince's Trust centres across the UK. The Virtual route is approx. 881 miles which is about 1,762,000 steps which will be an average of over 10,000 steps per day for each member of the team.

This is a fantastic cause and the money we raise will make a real difference to the lives of young people that the trust helps so please dig deep and spread the dosh.
