I will be doing the Great North Run this year in memory of a special young man, Adam Illingworth. All donations will go to CLIC Sargent in his memory and help other children and their families battling cancer. 

Adam was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain  tumour aged 5 and faced so many battles since that horrific time of being told that awful news. He never let it get him down and always lived life to the full. Sadly in February 2016 he passed away at home in his sleep. This was caused by a seizure triggered by scarring on his brain from viscious surgeries.
