I'm fairly sure I have spoke-n to some of you about an upcoming John o' Groats to Land's End charity bike ride that Camillo, Rosie and myself are gearing up for.  We are setting aside two weeks in August to complete the 1000 mile bike ride in aid of Cystic Fibrosis. We hope to raise in the region of £3000, so any sponsorship you could offer would be much appreciated by both ourselves and by the CF Trust. We are prepared for a tyre-ing few weeks, but even the smallest contribution to the CF Trust will help us go the extra mile. We don't want to saddle you with too much information at this stage, but we intend to set up a little blog to keep you updated on our progress.
