This is a challenge to live and live well on £130 for a month.  Many people don't have an option, for no fault of their own - low income, benefits or disability mean they are living on an incredibly tight budget, where others - myself included - are lucky and spend money without thought.  But most of us have been hard up at some point, and it does us no harm to live economically and to appreciate just how tough it is for people who have no choice.
