Story
For all of you who thought I’d lost the plot !! It’s Official……
I am no longer running from the Metro to Paolo’s Pizza’s, nor am I climbing the walls on a Sunday morning, I’ve hung up my Michael Jackson dancing moves and dawned a crispy, sparkly new pair of running shoes…..
I’ve decided to do my bit and run the LONDON MARATHON for Charity.
My good friends will know that I lost my mother seven years ago to cancer and since have lost extended family members; I have witnessed friends’ battle with this disease and overcome it. I believe all of us have been affected at some level by the devastating impact this disease has on families.
Cancer Research’s work has saved millions of lives in the UK and across the world. This organisation is entirely funded by donations from the public. Your support will help Cancer Research achieve their vision of beating cancer.
I have a target of £2000 to reach in order to participate in this event and I plan to organise other activities to help me raise the money. So I hope I can count on your support. All donations will be greatly appreciated you can donate on this page or attend one of the events I am arranging.
I am completely dedicated to this challenge (all 26.2 miles) Phew !! And have continued to keep up my training through the snow and absolutely BALTIC cold…
I’m doing my bit so unless you’re planning to meet me on the roads
DIG DEEP !!
Thank-you so much for your support!
