Over the years I have done various challenges and events to raise money for Kick4Life. It is a charity very close to my heart and one which does amazing work to change the lives of people who would have little hope without them. I first travelled out to Lesotho to see the work they do for myself in 2007 and have been out there twice more since. In November 2015 I will return again to witness the incredible development of the charity in its 10 years of work in the country.

Also, as with all my other trips, I will also personally donate the costs of travel, accommodation etc. so that all money donated by others goes to the charity. You would be surprised at how huge a difference a small donation can make. For example as little as £10 provides voluntary counselling and HIV testing for one child, referring those who test positive to ongoing medical treatment and support.

So if you have a few quid to spare, it will help change a life.
