Bradford Sands is a voluntary group of parents who have all experienced the death of a baby either during pregnancy or soon after birth. We all share the experience of grieving for our children and trying to find a way to live with our loss. We are not a professional health team or counsellors, but parents who know and understand how devastating the death of a baby can be.

Our aim is to offer support, understanding, comfort and most importantly a listening ear. Our group is for parents, their families, friends and anyone else affected by the death of a baby, whatever the circumstances and no matter how long ago or recent the loss.

We also work very closely with our local hospitals and health professionals, trying to ensure that bereaved families receive the best possible immediate and aftercare.

To help us run our group and provide items to our local hospitals which will benefit families suffering the loss of a baby, information and training, we rely on fundraising and kind donations, so please help us in any way you can.
