I am very proud to have been selected to attend the Ricoh leadership programme, where in addition to developing business skills we are supporting Ricoh's fantastic CSR goals.

My team are trying to raise a total of £12,000 for Children in Need, we are running a number of fundraising challenges to reach this goal.

The weight loss challenge will be running for 2-months from the 7th July. I have the personal goal of raising £50-100 and losing 2-3 stone, which should be achievable having put on 3-4 stone in the last 6 years.
